Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to oversee the financial management and reporting in a not for profit organisation. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Trustees, you will play a key role in ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, and cash flow management
- Prepare monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process
- Ensure compliance with finance regulations, SORP, and statutory requirements
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
- Support Trustees with clear and accurate financial reporting
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls and procedures
About You
You will be a qualified, qualified by experience or part-qualified accountant (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA). Strong Management Accounts experience is essential. The role offers some hybrid working, 2 days at home, 3 in the office.
