Corporate Finance Executive This role works closely with and reports into the Senior Corporate Finance Executive, and is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the lead advisory elements of Corporate Finance including: Research Financial analysis Financial modelling Report writing Project management You will be part of a team working on all transactions. These deals will include MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals and strategic reviews in the mid-range sector. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, and have excellent communication and commercial skills with a strong personal drive to succeed in this profession.
