to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA/ACCA-qualified accountant seeking a varied client portfolio, greater commercial involvement and a clear pathway towards
Responsible Individual (RI) status . Working with a diverse range of SMEs, owner-managed businesses, not-for-profit organisations and professional practices, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audits, developing client relationships and contributing to the firm's continued growth. The Role Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion. Manage a varied portfolio of clients across commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Lead, mentor and develop a team of 3–4 staff. Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services. Get involved in pitches, tenders and business development. Undertake ad hoc assignments, including due diligence and complex accounting projects. Support audit quality control and help maintain the highest professional standards. About You You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, with a strong general practice background and experience operating at Audit Manager level. Alongside excellent technical audit skills, you'll bring commercial awareness, confident communication skills and the ambition to make a real impact. What's in It for You?
