Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support their sales team, with a strong focus on tender and bid management. This is a key role ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant tender submissions while providing wider administrative support to the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender and bid documentation to tight deadlines
- Review tender requirements and ensure all responses are accurate and compliant
- Maintain tender libraries, templates, and supporting documentation
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to gather required information
- Manage sales documentation, contracts, and client records
- Track tender opportunities and maintain CRM systems
- Provide general sales administration support as required
About You
- Previous experience in a sales administration or tendering role
