The Opportunity: An Accountancy practice is looking for a versatile and experienced Accounts Senior to join our growing team. This is a highly varied role where you will work across a wide range of clients, from sole traders to limited companies, providing essential accounting and tax support.

The Role:

  • Core Accounting: Manage bookkeeping and VAT returns for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare statutory accounts for companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare corporation tax computations and self‑assessment tax returns.
  • Team Support: Assist with a variety of ad‑hoc services to support the wider team as required.

About you:

  • Qualified/Experienced: You are AAT qualified (or above) or possess significant 'Qualified by Experience' (QBE) background.
  • Proven Track Record: You have at least 3+ years of experience in a similar practice role.
  • Adaptable: You enjoy a varied workload and are happy to support different areas of the business.
