FINANCE CONTROLLER
ACA or ACCA Qualified
We’re working with an established and growing professional practice to recruit an ACA or ACCA qualified Finance Controller into a key senior leadership role.
This is not just a reporting position. You’ll be a strategic partner to the CEO, Board and Partner team, providing commercial insight, driving performance and helping shape the future growth of the business.
The Role
- Strategic finance partner to the CEO, Board and Partners
- Lead, develop and support the Finance team
- Own monthly management accounts, MI, budgeting and forecasting
- Drive improvements across WIP, debt and cash management
- Lead local M&A, due diligence and integration
- Support finance systems implementation and continuous improvement
- Provide commercial advice to support growth and profitability
- Identify financial and business risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Develop, monitor and report on Group KPIs
- Represent Finance at monthly Partner meetings and build strong relationships across the business
About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified – essential
- Strong commercial and financial leadership experience
- Experience of working at Board, CEO or Partner level
- Excellent business partnering and communication skills
- Commercially focused, with the confidence to challenge and influence
- Experience of driving process, systems and operational improvements
- Ideally experienced in M&A, due diligence and integration
