Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced
Construction Manager to join our team based at our Head Office in East Kilbride.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously from pre-construction through to completion.
Working closely with our Contracts, Commercial and Site Management teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a hands-on management role requiring strong leadership, organisational skills, and extensive experience in fast-track fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction and fit-out projects across the UK.
- Lead project delivery teams to achieve programme, quality, safety and financial objectives.
- Coordinate project planning, resource allocation and programme management.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
- Review project programmes and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Support procurement and subcontractor management activities.
- Foster strong client relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the Commercial team to manage costs and project profitability.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance standards.
- Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a Construction Manager, Contracts Manager, Project Manager or similar senior management role.
- Extensive experience delivering fast-track fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Previous experience working within the Retail, Commercial Office and Hotel sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery.
- Excellent programme management and organisational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation and best practice.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- First Aid certification.
- CSCS Card.
- Experience delivering projects throughout the UK.
- Degree, HNC, HND or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or related discipline.
- Procore (project management software)
- Temporary works coordinator
