The Role: We're looking for an energetic, phone-loving Partner Sales Coordinator to join our Dell team. This is a phone-first role focused on driving partner activity, keeping our pipeline moving and converting Dell-supplied leads into revenue. You'll spend most of your day on outbound calls chasing deal updates, qualifying leads, renewing bid registrations and driving partner engagement with Dell programs and events.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to channel partners to chase open opportunities, qualify Dell-supplied leads and drive partner engagement.
  • Proactively manage Dell deal registrations, contacting partners and lodging renewals at least one week before expiry.
  • Follow up on Dell-supplied leads, qualify status with partners, log outcomes and provide full updates back to the Dell account team within agreed SLAs.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline calls with partners on every open opportunity, updating the funnel and producing clear reporting for the Dell team.
  • Provide a value-added service to partners by updating their pipeline directly into Dell's systems on their behalf.
  • Drive partner attendance at webinars, training sessions and Dicker Data events through proactive outbound calling and follow-up.
  • Follow up on tech refresh opportunities and ensure partners are aware of relevant Dell programs, promotions and incentives.
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM, vendor portals and internal systems, ensuring pipeline data quality at all times.
  • Contribute to weekly cadence calls and submit accurate reporting on lead status, pipeline movement and partner activity.
  • Collaborate with internal Account Managers, Product Managers and the Dell account team to keep partner activity aligned with broader sales objectives.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of the Dell portfolio, partner programs and the IT distribution channel.
  • Participate in training, self-development and occasional partner or vendor events (including outside standard hours where required).

Skills And Experiences:

  • Strong phone presence and a genuine enjoyment of outbound calling, with the energy and stamina to make 30+ calls a day consistently.
  • Confident, warm and articulate communicator, comfortable building relationships with partners remotely over the phone.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a recurring workload, prioritise effectively and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Self-starter mindset with the discipline to manage time and activity without close supervision.
  • Attention to detail across data entry, reporting and system updates.
  • Genuine interest in IT, channel sales or technology distribution as a career path.
  • 0–2 years' experience in inside sales, telesales, customer service or any role with high phone volume; recent graduates with the right energy and attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, with the ability to quickly learn new CRM and vendor portal systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of, or curiosity about, the IT channel/distribution model.
