Description
About You
We are looking for an AI Partner Development Manager (PDM) to drive the next phase of partner growth, helping partners build and scale AI-first practices. This role is focused on enabling partners to move from strategy → capability → offers → go-to-market → value realisation, with a strong emphasis on Copilot and AI/Agentic solutions. You will work as a trusted advisor, guiding partners through a structured practice development journey and ensuring they can deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact role at the forefront of AI transformation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
What you will do in the role
- Partner Practice Development & Strategy
Build and operationalise a repeatable AI Partner Practice Development Framework. Lead partner strategy planning across AI capability, offerings, and go-to-market execution. Drive maturity uplift across key capability areas, including AI advisory, deployment, adoption, and agentic solutions. Support partners to define differentiation, commercial models, and scalable services. - Go-to-Market & Execution
Help partners build pipeline and execute demand generation strategies. Enable partners to design and deliver AI-led solutions aligned to business value and ROI. Support deal progression, from solution design through to adoption and expansion. Drive consistent execution across the full customer lifecycle. - Capability & Partner Enablement
Identify capability gaps and support partner hiring and skilling strategies. Activate structured learning paths and readiness programs. Enable partners to deliver end-to-end services across advisory, architecture, implementation, adoption, and insights. - Offers & Solutions Development
Guide partners to build packaged, repeatable AI service offerings. Support development of AI offer catalogues across advisory, deployment, adoption, and agentic solutions. Advise on pricing strategies, including evolving AI-based commercial models. - AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) & Scale
Enable partners to establish AI Centres of Excellence. Drive scalable delivery models and operational cadence. Promote continuous value creation through structured partner execution. - Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with partner executives (sales, delivery, and practice leads). Collaborate with internal sales, technical, marketing, and vendor stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to drive long-term partner growth and success.
