We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Operations Specialist to join our Inside Sales team for Cisco products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, working methodically, and ensuring accuracy in a busy but supportive team environment. You will manage customer orders from receipt through to completion, working closely with internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and customers are kept informed. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where the ability to prioritise is critical to the role. Success in this role comes down to accountability, organisation and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate order fulfilment
- Monitor order progress and follow up where required
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support the broader Inside Sales team with administrative tasks
