Description

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Security Sales Specialist to join our team and drive growth across our partner network. In this role, you’ll work closely with key channel partners to accelerate the adoption of Microsoft Security solutions, build a strong pipeline, and unlock new revenue opportunities across the SMB market. This is a highly commercial and strategic role, suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, partner-driven environment and is passionate about cybersecurity and Microsoft technologies.

What you will do in the role

  • Drive new customer acquisition and growth across Microsoft Security solutions
  • Build and manage relationships with a targeted group of key reseller partners
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow security revenue
  • Identify upsell opportunities across Microsoft 365 (E3/E5 and security workloads)
  • Support partners with lifecycle management, renewals, and customer expansion
  • Run workshops, presentations, and enablement sessions for partners and customers
  • Collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders to deliver joint initiatives and campaigns
  • Drive demand generation activities across multiple channels (events, campaigns, outreach)

Skills And Experiences

What you will need to succeed in the role

  • Proven experience in sales, channel sales, security solution selling or business development (7+ years)
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Security solutions or similar technologies (3+ years)
  • Experience working within the IT distribution channel for SMB customers (2+ years)
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth
  • Confidence presenting to partners and customers
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational ability
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
