Our Land Rover Dealership is looking for a Vehicle Technician to join our team and contribute to the success of the dealership. Whether you are an NVQ Level 3 qualified Technician or working towards your Level 3 and want to achieve your qualification with us, we can provide excellent training to develop your skillset.
As a Level 2 Service Technician your bonus will be paid after achieving a target of 6.5 hours per 8-hour day (81% productivity). As a Level 3 Diagnostic Technician your bonus will be paid after achieving a target of 6 hours per 8-hour day (75% productivity). As a Level 4 Master Technician your bonus will be paid after achieving a target of 5 hours per 8-hour day (62% productivity). All Technicians qualify for a bonus for every hour sold above target.

Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanical, Maintenance Repair or GNVQ equivalent
- Experience in an official manufacturer would be beneficial but not essential
