About the Role
We have a brilliant opportunity to join our friendly and dynamic team at Porsche Centre Tewkesbury as a Sales Administrator. This role will support the daily function of the sales department, and you will become an integral part of our process.
When joining our team, we will be committed to offering you a tailored training programme both from Porsche and the Dick Lovett Group to equip you with all the skills and confidence you need to do your job well – if you have the work ethic and drive, we can teach you everything else you need to know for this role.
Job Opportunity
- Vehicle taxing
- Invoicing
- Ordering stock and customer vehicles
- Administration duties associated with the sales process
- Supporting with administrative duties for the sales management team.
- Maintaining standards on all new and used car documents to ensure everything required is present.
- Creating packs for each car being delivered, ensuring all customer paperwork to be signed is present and correct.
Essential Skills
- Experience of working in an administrative role within the automotive industry for at least 2 years is essential
- Strong administration and excel experience
- Be comfortable working to deadlines
- Competent level of organisation and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic
We are looking for someone who can support our Sales team in a range of duties with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude. If you are currently working in a Sales Admin or similar role in the Automotive Industry, we would like to hear from you!
