About the Role

We have a rare opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team at Porsche Centre Swindon. Our Porsche Centre is more than a dealership - it's a destination for performance, precision, and passion. Representing one of the world's most iconic brands, we deliver an unrivalled experience to every customer who walks through our doors. This role offers a competitive, uncapped bonus structure with an OTE of up to £60,000. The position operates on a five‐day working week from Monday to Saturday, with Saturdays worked on a rota basis.

Job Opportunity

  • You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer's expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
  • Maximising opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk-in prospects and internet enquiries.
  • Maximising profit by achieving the monthly KPI's for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products.
  • Adhering to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data, in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.
