- Conduct quality control inspections on completed vehicles to ensure work is completed to the highest standard.
- Support the delivery of a "right first time" approach to vehicle repairs and servicing.
- Oversee warranty submissions and ensure compliance with Porsche warranty requirements and regulations.
- Work closely with workshop and aftersales teams to identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities.
- Liaise with customers where required, providing professional support and technical explanations.
- Ensure all processes and procedures are carried out in accordance with Porsche standards and operational guidelines.
An integral part of this role involves managing warranty processes and ensuring all claims meet Porsche requirements. As such, a strong understanding of motor industry practices, workshop procedures, and quality standards is essential.
