Key Responsibilities
- Carry out final flatting and polishing of freshly painted vehicle panels.
- Remove minor paint defects including dust inclusions, orange peel, and paint imperfections.
- Conduct comprehensive final quality control inspections on completed repairs.
- Ensure all vehicles meet prestige manufacturer standards before delivery.
- Identify and rectify cosmetic defects prior to handover.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Work closely with Paint Technicians and Bodyshop management to achieve outstanding results.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
