About the Role
BMW Swindon are looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join the team. If you have experience of working in the automotive industry as a Parts Advisor, we would like to hear from you. The ideal candidate will be a great team player, have a passion for cars and be a great communicator with both customers and colleagues. We are looking for a highly organised individual who appreciates that detail is everything and embraces the values of Dick Lovett Group.
Job Opportunity
What does this role involve?
- Communicating with customers promptly and courteously, while fulfilling their orders.
- Ensuring all parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, that they are binned accordingly and that all orders are checked before delivery note is signed.
- Handling phone enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Ensuring that the Service Department requirements are dealt with accurately and information is passed on as comprehensively as possible.
- Assisting in stock checks and van deliveries where required.
- Packing and loading Parts correctly.

Essential Skills
We are looking for an ambitious candidate who has the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. A key component for us is someone with a passion for customer service, can do attitude, flexibility and an enthusiasm for cars. Previous dealership experience would be beneficial. Use of Kerridge or DRIVE would be advantageous, along with BMW knowledge which is preferred but not essential.
