We are looking for an experienced and committed HR Advisor or People Advisor to join our busy People team. This role is vital to supporting our dealerships with a mix of generalist personnel functions, so we need someone who is well-rounded and amazing with people.
This role will report to our Personnel Manager and work closely with our Advisors and Administrators to deliver a first-class service to our dealerships. You will be the point of contact for the teams on site, so building great working relationships over the phone and in person will be an asset to you in this role. Travel between sites will be required, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
You’ll need to have a thirst for knowledge, the ability to multi-task like you wouldn’t believe and a sponge-like mind so we don’t miss a trick!
Job Opportunity- Supporting and advising on Disciplinary and Grievance issues
- Supporting the wider personnel functions including inductions and payroll
- Developing and coaching across the group
- Recruitment and Selection for the dealerships
- Assisting with on-boarding, new starter and leaver processes
- Delivering and co-ordinating induction and training programmes
- Providing advice on general process and procedural issues
- A minimum of three years experience of working in a HR or People environment as an Advisor
- Achieved or working towards a CIPD qualification would be preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence – travel between sites is required for this role
