Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an Apprentice Bodyshop Technician to join our team this year. The programme will include aspects of Paint, Panel and MET, so this is a well-rounded Apprenticeship which will allow you to explore all aspects of the Bodyshop before choosing a speciality. We’re seeking individuals who are not only proud to work with renowned brands but are also enthusiastic about expanding their knowledge and skills.

What will the Apprenticeship involve?
As an Apprentice at the Bodyshop you will be learning how to deliver quality repairs to a customers’ pride and joy. This Apprenticeship combines classroom-based learning, e-learning modules, practical training, and real-world application, all supported by dedicated trainers and personal mentors. You will have the unique opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining valuable practical experience and working towards a nationally recognised qualification of an NVQ Level 3 in Accident Repair. Upon completion of the three-year programme, you’ll have the chance to continue your career with us, joining our successful team at Dick Lovett and continuing to progress.
Essential Skills
Having GCSE’s at Level 4 in English and Maths is essential for this role, you will be asked to confirm your grades when you apply. This Apprenticeship involves coursework and on the job learning, so ideally you would have at least four GCSE’s at Level 4. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we request that you include a project explaining why you would be an excellent fit for this role. We’re eager to learn more about what drives you and how you envision contributing to our team.

Once you have confirmed your grades, you will be sent an email with details of how to submit your project. For this year’s submission, we would like you to include a small project for us to review. You can choose the format!
