Job Opportunity

Dismantling and reassembling vehicles to support all stages of the repair process. Carrying out high-quality panel replacement work in line with manufacturer standards. Ensuring all removed components are correctly stored, labelled, and protected throughout the repair journey. Identifying any additional damage or faults and promptly reporting these to the Bodyshop Manager/Supervisor for further assessment. Although this position is not customer-facing, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for every customer. Achieving this requires strong teamwork, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Bodyshop to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and within agreed timeframes.

Essential Skills

Given the technical nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who hold an NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or can demonstrate equivalent industry experience within a Bodyshop environment. A full UK Driving Licence is required.
