We’re looking for an exceptional Retail Manager to join our high performing sales team at BMW Bristol. This an exciting opportunity to help shape the continued success of a thriving dealership.

Job Opportunity
- Lead on customer retention and incremental finance income, ensuring Sales Executives have every opportunity to maximise results.
- Drive the sale of insurance products and value added packages in line with company KPIs.
- Ensure the team operates in full FCA compliance at all times.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to maintain a seamless, referral driven sales process.
- Track, measure, and report performance accurately to Senior Management, maintaining clear and consistent data records.
