We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, ambitious, and driven Marketing Executive to join our award-winning Marketing Team. Representing the Porsche brand, you'll immerse yourself in the heritage, performance and innovation of this global brand. You'll have ownership of marketing across multiple channels and play a key role in shaping campaigns, events, and customer experiences for our Centres in Swindon and Tewkesbury. This role is based in Bristol, while overseeing Porsche Centre Tewkesbury and Swindon, with travel to the sites required.

  • Develop and execute premium marketing and communications campaigns for Porsche across digital and offline channels, ensuring all activity reflects the brand's standards and philosophy.
  • Craft clear, inspiring creative briefs that enable our in-house teams to bring your concepts to life with precision and authenticity.
  • Plan and deliver exceptional Porsche events, from product launches to owner experiences, building loyalty and attracting new prospects into the brand.
  • Work closely with our Content Specialist to manage social media, supporting content creation, scheduling posts across platforms, handling day-to-day engagement and responses, and reporting on performance insights.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to optimise PPC, SEO, and social media performance, ensuring all online content is accurate, engaging, and unmistakably Porsche.
  • Review and analyse campaign and website performance, turning insights into meaningful improvements.
  • Manage campaigns end to end, including timelines, stakeholder communication, reporting, and manufacturer submissions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Porsche market, customer segments, competitors, and brand positioning to support the overall marketing strategy.
  • Use our Dealer Management Systems responsibly and in line with GDPR, identifying and extracting targeted customer groups for tailored communications.
  • Bring fresh thinking and proactive ideas to the team, staying ahead of best practice and industry trends.

Essential Skills:

  • Educated to degree level in Marketing or Business (not essential).
  • Have 2-3 years' experience in marketing and events, but it doesn't have to be automotive.
  • A confident communicator with great copywriting skills.
  • Skilled in digital marketing, SEO and social media, understanding how they piece together as part of a coherent marketing strategy.
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills, balancing fast-moving priorities.
  • Creative and detail-orientated with the ability to think outside of the box and bring new innovative campaigns and events to life.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys and has the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • A full UK Driving Licence for this role as travel between different sites will be required.
