About the Role
Are you currently working in a front of house role in a hospitality or retail setting? Are you a Barista looking for a new challenge? Do you want to develop your skills of working in a customer facing role and work in a busy and exciting industry? If so, this role could be for you.
We are looking for a Host to join us and deliver exceptionally high standards around our busy Bristol BMW/MINI campus. The Host will work closely with the Senior Host and members of the Reception team to ensure that all our customers' hospitality needs are met while visiting our Centres. This role is varied and a great chance to work with a wide range of customers and teams.
Job Opportunity
- Ensuring the showroom is well presented, creating a welcoming and hospitable environment for customers.
- Hosting customers and attending to their refreshment needs while they are on site with us for sales and service appointments.
- Providing refreshments for on-site staff meetings.
- Ensuring the meeting rooms on site are clean, tidy and well stocked.
- General housekeeping duties and light cleaning when needed.
- Ordering consumable stock from the wholesaler weekly.
- Planning for meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are clean, tidy and well stocked.
- Working closely with our various different teams to give the best customer service possible.
Essential Skills
- Experience of working in a retail or hospitality environment in a customer facing role for at least one year.
- An understanding of the importance of keeping a well-presented showroom.
- Confident, professional, smart in appearance.
- Basic IT and computer systems experience would be beneficial to this role.
- This would be an ideal position for someone looking to grow their prestige customer service experience.
