DICE is a ticketing platform on a mission to get people out more. We give fans incredible live shows, upfront pricing every time, and tickets in a few taps.
We are looking for a UX writer to help create great experiences on MIO, our platform for event creators. This is a 12-month maternity cover, starting in March. It is open to anyone in the UK or Europe.
You will join a small motivated, talented team of product designers, our localisation lead, and another senior UX writer.
More about what you will do:- Help make creating, managing, and analysing events on MIO a simple and delightful experience.
- Write the occasional product mailer and help centre article.
- Inform UX decisions and design strategy from the beginning.
- Work closely with lots of people across disciplines – designers, product managers, developers, data analysts, our localisation lead, customer support teams, and more.
- Present your work and ideas, clearly explaining the reasoning behind your decisions.
- Content design for web and B2B in particular.
- Comfortable in Figma, the design tool we use.
- Writing in a particular brand voice, flexing that voice for different contexts.
- Working in a fast‐paced, fluid environment and across multiple teams.
- Presenting and defending writing and design.
