We’re looking for a Brand Marketing & Social Media Manager to join DICE and transform our channels into the most exciting feeds in live entertainment. About the role

As Brand Marketing & Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for evolving and growing our brand globally. You’ll develop the overarching marketing and social strategy, and lead the day‑to‑day execution across all platforms to drive engagement, audience growth and brand affinity. This is a hands‑on, creative role with strategic impact, shaping how DICE communicates with music fans worldwide.

  • Develop the overarching social & brand marketing strategy.
  • Build clear, differentiated cultural positioning for the brand.
  • Lead day‑to‑day execution across all social media platforms.
  • Curate a consistent and evolving stream of engaging content to accelerate audience growth across all platforms.
  • Develop original, innovative content ideas that cut through online.
  • Develop and own a compelling brand tone of voice, maintained consistently across social, CRM, app, website & wider channels.
  • Create end‑to‑end social content across image and video, from concept through production to post‑production.
  • Own the implementation of a consistent brand aesthetic across all communication.
  • Research and present emerging creative trends and potential collaborators.
  • Analyse performance metrics and use insights to refine creative and campaign effectiveness.

  • You are confident in video editing and graphic treatments, with a strong visual eye and attention to detail.

  • You are highly organized and able to manage a large volume of work.
  • You have high standards and enjoy working alongside ambitious, high‑performing people.
  • You are a strong communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and creative concepts.
