Dibden Park School is seeking a creative, committed, and inspiring D&T and Art Teacher to join our team and make a lasting impact on learnersâ lives. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver inclusive, innovative, and engaging teaching across Design & Technology and Art, helping students develop skills, confidence, and creativity. Working closely with the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping high-quality learning experiences that reflect our values, ethos, and commitment to meeting the individual needs of every learner.
As our D&T and Art Teacher, you will take full responsibility for the learning, progress, and achievement of your students. Youâll deliver a broad, balanced, and progressive curriculum, inspiring curiosity and creativity while ensuring continuity and progression across key stages. This role is ideal for a teacher who believes in personalised learning, values inclusion, and is passionate about empowering students through creative subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the progress, attainment, and wellbeing of all learners in your classes
- Deliver a broad, balanced, and progressive curriculum in Art and Design & Technology
