Your responsabilities
As a Visa Officer, you will be responsible for managing immigration applications from start to finish while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing a portfolio of immigration and visa applications.
- Reviewing client documentation and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Requesting, organising and verifying supporting documents.
- Preparing applications for submission to the relevant authorities.
- Filing applications through official online government portals.
- Monitoring application progress and following up with clients.
- Communicating with immigration authorities where necessary.
- Coordinating with lawyers and other departments within the firm.
- Maintaining accurate records using our CRM and case management systems.
- Ensuring every file meets our quality standards and internal procedures.
Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience in immigration, visa processing, global mobility or a similar role.
- Native Spanish speaker.
- Professional English proficiency (minimum C1 level).
- Exceptional organisational skills.
