We are looking for an International Client Relations & Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our London office.

This role combines office administration, client support and business coordination, working closely with our international team and clients.

Díaz & Asociados is an international law firm with offices across Europe and Latin America, specialising in immigration, international mobility and business law.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage client enquiries and coordinate appointments.
  • Support the day-to-day administration of the London office.
  • Prepare, organise and maintain documentation and client records.
  • Coordinate with our offices in Spain and Latin America.
  • Communicate with clients throughout their legal matters.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records.
  • Support business development and relationship management activities.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience in office administration, client services, customer support or a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both
  • Spanish and English

, as both languages are used daily in this role.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
