Díaz & Asociados is a growing international law firm with offices across Europe and Latin America, specialising in Corporate Law, Immigration Law, Global Mobility and international legal services.
As part of our continued international expansion, we are looking for a Corporate & Immigration Solicitor to join our London office and contribute to the development of our UK legal practice.
We welcome applications from both experienced Solicitors and Newly Qualified Solicitors (NQ) who are motivated to develop their careers within an ambitious international law firm.
We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded and client-focused legal professional with an interest in Corporate Law, Immigration Law or both.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise individuals and businesses on UK Corporate and Immigration Law matters.
- Assist with company incorporations, corporate structures and commercial legal matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate documentation.
- Support businesses with corporate transactions, regulatory requirements and general commercial advice.
- Prepare and manage UK visa and immigration applications.
- Advise on Skilled Worker Visas, Sponsor Licences, Family Visas and other immigration routes.
- Assist with Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and British Citizenship applications.
- Work closely with our international offices on cross-border corporate and immigration matters.
- Maintain direct communication with clients and manage legal matters efficiently.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our London office.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a valid SRA Practising Certificate.
- Advanced or native-level Spanish OR Italian (C1–C2).
- Experience or a strong interest in Corporate Law, Commercial Law or Immigration Law.
- Excellent communication and client-management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with an international team.
- Proactive, ambitious and commercially minded approach.
Experience in both Corporate and Immigration Law is not required. Candidates with experience in either practice area are encouraged to apply.
Newly Qualified Solicitors (NQ) are welcome, as are candidates from other legal backgrounds who are interested in developing their expertise in corporate or immigration matters.
