As a renal nurse, you\'ll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships. Your Responsibilities: Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients. Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented. Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems. Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients. Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team. Requirements: NMC Registered General Nurse. Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct. Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team. Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care. Excellent English communication skills. What We Offer: Full-time position (37.5 hours per week), with paid breaks. Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work. Starting Salary of up to £34,393, based on dialysis experience Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours Paid Breaks 35 Days Holiday (inclusive of 8 days bank holiday) increasing with service.
