Renal Nursing Position – Clifton Clinic

Location: Lytham St Annes, GB, FY8 1PB. Clinic will relocate to a new dialysis facility in Blackpool in September 2026.

About the Role

We are looking for NMC Registered Nurses or graduates expected to qualify this autumn to join our renal nursing team.

The role involves specialised dialysis care, patient relationship building and working within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
  • Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
  • Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
  • Reviewing pre‑ and post‑hemodialysis care with patients.
  • Collaborating within a multi‑disciplinary team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • NMC Registered general nurse or expected to qualify this autumn.
  • Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
