Reason to Join Diaverum: We provide an 8‑week supernumerary period for new nurses, extensive training, a supportive senior team, a robust mentor, and a culture of close collaboration with clinic administrators. Patient‑centred care is at the core. Our nurse‑to‑patient ratio is 1:4 and the clinic runs Monday to Saturday with no night or Sunday shifts to ensure a healthy work‑life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
- Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
- Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
- Reviewing pre and post‑hemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered General Nurse or soon to qualify.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent English communication skills.
