We have an exciting opportunity in our Clifton clinic for a nurse who wants to make a difference in our patients' lives. You will provide patient care according to Diaverum procedures with the aim to increase the quality of life for our patients. A comprehensive professional training programme will be provided to you, including on-the-job training, e-learning and access to our in-house education programmed Academy.
Main duties of the job:
- You will be responsible for taking ownership of care programmes for renal patients, following the tailored care plans as per Consultant instructions and ensuring clinical activity is appropriately documented in the patient medical record.
- Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems in line with Diaverum processes.
- Reviewing pre and post haemodialysis care with patients.
- Working in a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements:
- NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify soon.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
What We Offer:
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
- Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
- Starting Salary of up to £35,944 based on dialysis experience.
