As a Healthcare Assistant at our Ipswich clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care following Diaverum procedures, ultimately improving our patients\\\’ quality of life. Responsibilities

  • Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining clean equipment following proper training
  • Preparing supplies and packs for treatment
  • Conducting health checks with patients before and after dialysis
  • Escorting patients to clinical and waiting areas
  • Serving refreshments during treatments

Our Requirements

  • Must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Minimum NVQ level 2 in Health; Social Care or equivalent (preferably working towards level 3)
  • Ideally, previous experience in a hospital and healthcare setting
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care
  • Excellent communication skills (oral + written) with fluency in English
