As a Healthcare Assistant at our Clifton clinic (relocating to Blackpool area in June 2026), you will provide exceptional care for renal dialysis patients following Diaverum procedures, improving patients' quality of life. We provide comprehensive training and support for professional growth.

Responsibilities- Maintain clean equipment following proper training
- Prepare supplies and packs for treatment
- Conduct health checks with patients before and after dialysis
- Escort patients to clinical and waiting areas
- Serve refreshments during treatments
- GCSE level or equivalent education
- Minimum NVQ level 2 in Health / Social Care or equivalent (preferably working towards level 3)
- Ideally previous experience in a hospital and healthcare setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with fluency in English
- Full‑time position, 37.5 hours per week (Part‑time role available)
- Monday to Saturday schedule; no nights or Sunday working
- Competitive salary up to £25,086 depending on experience
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 150 hours every 4 weeks
