As a renal nurse you will specialise in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients.
  • Ensure clinical activities are meticulously documented.
  • Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems.
  • Review pre‑ and post‑hemodialysis care with patients.
  • Collaborate within a multi‑disciplinary team.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered General Nurse.
  • Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Rights to work in the UK.
