Join Diaverum as a Deputy Clinic Manager in our Gloucester Cotswold Clinic and play a pivotal role in managing our dialysis clinic in the absence of the manager. Lead a dedicated team, ensure high standards of patient care, and foster good working relationships between Diaverum and the NHS.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing clinic operations to ensure quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
  • Supervising and supporting staff with continuous professional development and training.
  • Managing patient scheduling and staffing for optimal efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and Renal Association Standards.
  • Providing specialized nursing knowledge and skills to junior team members.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse with post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
  • At least two years of experience in Haemodialysis at a Senior level.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
