Responsibilities:
- Assisting registered nurses in providing comprehensive dialysis treatment.
- Preparing, restoring, and maintaining clinical areas and equipment.
- Monitoring and stocking consumable supplies to ensure smooth operation.
- Escorting patients to and from the clinical area.
- Contributing to patient documentation and managing phone inquiries.
- Providing hands‑on care under supervision, including preparing patients for dialysis, monitoring during treatment, and assisting with post‑dialysis care.
Requirements:
- GCSE education and NVQ3 in Health and Social Care.
- At least two years of experience as a Care Assistant, focused on high‑level patient care.
- Proficiency in English and working knowledge of MS Office.
- A compassionate and diligent approach to patient care.
- Ability to work clinically in a renal setting.
