Deputy Clinic Manager – Leadership Opportunity in Renal Care
Location: Kings Norton, GB, B38 9PN
Contract type: On-site • Part Time / Full Time: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Overseeing clinic operations to ensure quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
- Supervising and supporting staff with continuous professional development and training.
- Managing patient scheduling and staffing for optimal efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and Renal Association Standards.
- Providing specialized nursing knowledge and skills to junior team members.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse with post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- At least two years of haemodialysis experience at a Senior level.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
