As a Healthcare Assistant at our Crawley clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care following Diaverum procedures, ultimately improving our patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain clean equipment following proper training.
- Prepare supplies and packs for treatment.
- Conduct health checks with patients before and after dialysis.
- Escort patients to clinical and waiting areas.
- Serve refreshments during treatments.
Requirements:
- Must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Minimum NVQ level 2 in Health; Social Care or equivalent (preferably working towards level 3).
- Ideally, previous experience in a hospital and healthcare setting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written) with fluency in English.
Benefits:
- Full‑time position, 37.5 hours per week.
- Monday to Saturday (no nights or Sunday working).
- Competitive salary of up to ÂŁ24,474 depending on experience.
- Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full‑time hours (150 hours every 4 weeks).
