The role will cover both working in the main outpatient dialysis clinic and Langham ward, a three station unit treating in patients and acute patients requiring dialysis.

Our Responsibilities
- Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
- Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
- Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
- Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
- NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify this Autumn.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent English communication skills.
