What You’ll Be Doing

  • Championing quality care and clinical excellence across the clinic.
  • Supporting and mentoring staff through ongoing training and development.
  • Coordinating patient scheduling and staffing to ensure smooth operations.
  • Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with Renal Association guidelines.
  • Sharing your specialist renal nursing expertise with junior colleagues.
  • Building trusted relationships with patients, families, and NHS partners.

What You’ll Bring

  • NMC Registered Nurse with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in haemodialysis at a senior level.
