We have an exciting opportunity in our Kings Norton Dialysis clinic for an experienced manager or deputy who is looking to make the next move in their career and progress to clinic management.

Job responsibilities:

- Be a key player in our UK-wide Clinic Manager community, participating in our Clinic Manager Development Programme to grow both personally and professionally.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A passion for patient care and the drive to make a meaningful impact.
- A registered nurse (NMC) qualification.
- Dialysis experience.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a dialysis setting, ideally previously CQC registered.
- In-depth understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its importance in independent healthcare settings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and staff alike.
- A commitment to continuously raising the bar on patient care and clinical outcomes.
