We are looking for NMC registered nurses and soon‑to‑be graduates to join our Aldeburgh Dialysis Unit as a renal nurse. The role focuses on developing patient relationships and specialising in dialysis care.

Location: Aldeburgh, GB, IP15 5ES.

Contract type: Permanent. Work type: On‑site. Full‑time position: 37.5 hours per week.

Compensation and benefits: Starting salary up to £35,944 based on dialysis experience; overtime paid time and a half after full‑time hours; paid breaks; generous holiday package including Christmas and New Year’s Day; life assurance, We Care, company pension, Blue Light card, concert for carers, and a referral scheme paying up to £1,000.

Training: 8‑week supernumerary period led by clinical leads, supported by a senior team and a dedicated mentor. Nurse‑to‑patient ratio 1:4. Clinic open Monday‑Saturday with no nights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients.
  • Ensure clinical activities are meticulously documented.
  • Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems.
  • Review pre‑ and post‑hemodialysis care with patients.
  • Collaborate within a multi‑disciplinary team.

Requirements:

  • NMC registered general nurse or soon to qualify.
  • Familiar with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Positive and dynamic approach to safe and effective care.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
