We have an exciting opportunity in our Aldeburgh clinic for a Healthcare Assistant who wants to make a difference in our patients' lives.
Main duties of the job:
- Under the supervision of a registered nurse, support the nursing team by maintaining clean equipment, preparing supplies and packs for treatment, conducting health checks with patients pre- and post-dialysis, escorting patients to clinical and waiting areas, and serving refreshments during treatments.

Requirements:
- GCSE level or equivalent education.
- Minimum NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (preferably working towards level 3).
- Previous experience in a hospital and healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with fluency in English.
- Must be able to work clinically in a renal setting.
- All positions are subject to a satisfactory DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
Benefits:
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).
- Competitive salary up to £25,086 depending on experience.
- Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours (150 hours every 4 weeks).
