Patient-Centred Care
Our exceptional nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 ensures you have ample time to provide holistic care to your patients. Our clinic is open from Monday to Saturday with no nights, offering you the flexibility and work-life balance you have been searching for.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
- Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
- Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
- Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
- NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify this Autumn.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent English communication skills.
What We Offer
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
- Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
- Starting Salary of up to £35,944 based on dialysis experience.
- Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours.
