Join Diaverum as a Deputy Clinic Manager in our Crawley Kidney Treatment Centre and play a pivotal role in managing our dialysis clinic in the absence of the manager. Lead a dedicated team, ensure high standards of patient care, and foster good working relationships between Diaverum and the NHS.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Championing quality care and clinical excellence across the clinic.
- Supporting and mentoring staff through ongoing training and development.
- Coordinating patient scheduling and staffing to ensure smooth operations.
- Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with Renal Association guidelines.
- Sharing your specialist renal nursing expertise with junior colleagues.
- Building trusted relationships with patients, families, and NHS partners.
What You’ll Bring:
- NMC Registered Nurse with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Haemodialysis at a senior level.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing nursing teams.
- Confident with MS Office and a natural communicator.

Diaverum UK operates over 35 nurse-led kidney treatment centers in the UK. We offer a range of services including haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, home therapies, and shared haemodialysis care. We provide an excellent training platform to help nurses deliver top-notch care and advance their careers in the renal specialty. New nurses at Diaverum undergo a comprehensive induction period, receiving the necessary training to provide clinic care. They are supported by a senior team dedicated to prioritizing nurse development and wellbeing.
With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, our nurses have the time needed to care for patients holistically. We offer a variety of shifts, including early, late, and long days from Monday to Saturday (no Sundays), allowing for flexible working patterns.
