As a renal nurse, you will specialise in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships. We are committed to nurturing your career and providing top-tier training. New nurses at Diaverum embark on an 8-week supernumerary period, guided by our experienced Clinical Leads. This intensive training sets you up for success and growth throughout your career at Diaverum. You will also have access to a robust senior team structure and a dedicated mentor within the clinic.

At our clinic, you won’t find managers tucked away on another floor — we work side by side with our teams. With dedicated clinic admins and nurses’ desks right at the heart of patient care, we are set up to support both our staff and our patients every step of the way.

Patient-Centred Care

Our exceptional nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 ensures you have ample time to provide holistic care to your patients. Our clinic is open from Monday to Saturday with no nights, offering you the flexibility and work-life balance you have been searching for.

Our Responsibilities:
  • Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
  • Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
  • Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
  • Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
  • Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered General Nurse.
  • Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
  • Rights to work in the UK.
What We Offer:
  • Part-time position (23 hours per week).
  • Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
  • Starting salary of up to £35,944 pro rata based on dialysis experience.
  • Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours.
