As a renal nurse, you'll specialise in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.

Patient‑Centred Care Our exceptional nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:4 ensures you have ample time to provide holistic care to your patients. Our clinic is currently open from Monday to Saturday with no nights, offering you the flexibility and work‑life balance you've been searching for.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients.
  • Ensure clinical activities are meticulously documented.
  • Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems.
  • Review pre‑ and post‑haemodialysis care with patients.
  • Collaborate within a multi‑disciplinary team.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered General Nurse.
  • Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
