Patient-Centred Care
Our exceptional nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 ensures you have ample time to provide holistic care to your patients. Our clinic is open from Monday to Saturday with no nights offering you the flexibility and work-life balance you have been searching for.
Your Responsibilities:
- Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
- Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
- Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
- Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered General Nurse with acute care setting experience.
- Experience in dialysis preferable.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
What We Offer:
- Part-time position (34.5 hours per week).
- Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
- Starting Salary of up to £35,067 pro rata based on dialysis experience.
